We used to use 3 different softwares for our business operations including ERP (SAP), CRM (Salesforce) & BI platform (Qlik). With gensys we are able to integrate all of those platforms together into one single system enabling us to interact with customers & partners easily without having multiple apps installed on each user's devices. The GUI can be improved but I guess they have some focus now as compared to few years ago when it was just starting out. It takes time to get your hands around and understand how things work/connect. Also there were various modules that were not supported by other companies so you had to do customization which took lot more effort than expected. So far its been good enough till date.
