Review on ARB ARB725 Winch Strap Recovery by Kaylon Mackey

I give this product 4 stars for the quality. It probably would have been a higher rating, but we never unboxed it to test its durability (resistance to abrasion over a period of time). The product didn't meet our needs, but we didn't know that until we looked at it. I give the seller 1 star for promoting the product as free. Charging the consumer a restocking fee for returns is NOT FREE! BUT, this is a hidden fee. We use Revain due to our large selection of products and use a premium "free returns" policy to avoid being charged in the event of a return because the seller either describes their product poorly online or simply needs to touch/see the product to see if it's ours meets needs. We've returned a lot of items lately, but WCAPERFORMANCE was the only seller with free returns who charged a fee when we returned an item. My friend was so upset with this that he removed all of our other ARB products from our list. cart this morning and states that it will no longer be about WCAPerformance (which by the way has a 65% consumer rating). We believe this "free returns" policy is being used in an unethical manner to entice consumers to purchase a product from this seller. We do not support unethical/deceptive business practices. This isn't the first seller we've added to our "List of sellers we're not allowed to do business with." This list is distributed among 326 members of our off-road club.
