I really like the looks and roominess, but there are a few issues. First off I believe the brake light kit should be supplied and installed from the factory. Building a self-installable add-on is like paying for an already super expensive top case. Also, the connection system on spring-loaded electrical connectors is quite odd. I'm not sure about the durability of the brake light. Second, I was missing one of the rubber washers that held the case in place. Be sure to do an inventory before installing. I got so far into the setup that I didn't want to take the whole thing off and swap it for a shim, but it created a bit of play when I ran without it. Push the button. You should be able to remove the key with the case unlocked and just hold it closed with the button engaged, but you can't. You must lock the case to remove the key. When I'm on my bike, I don't necessarily want the trunk to be locked. Despite some issues, the case is very solid and looks good. The build quality is rock solid.
