These bases will not work with larger cameras, unfortunately you won't know until you receive the item. The sockets in the photos are larger than they actually are. You can only attach 1 of the 3 screws above. My other problem is getting the line to the mounting hole. If you're using PVC pipe (which is the most popular) I don't think anything over 1/2" will work. So if you're trying to run more 1 wire (with the ends attached) to 1/2"- pipe that doesn't work. It would be nice if the clogged hole was threaded. All round great product but needs a bit of work, not suitable for larger cameras.
