I bought these to power my breadboards because they have an adjustable voltage which is great for getting the 3.3v rail on one side of the board and the 5V rail on the other side to power. They're pretty cheap, but the build quality seems pretty good. They have diodes that protect you from yourself if you wire something wrong. If you ever see smoke, you'll know exactly what I mean. I'm not an electronics expert but my tinkering has melted, these boards would help me adjust the voltage and probably save me countless Arduinos and esp32s. .I recommend them for breadboarding projects and for beginners. They are intuitive and easy to use.
