This is a great product, pure copper conductivity (I measured it), easy to remove and easy to fit to speakers. The attached photo shows the difference between copper clad aluminum (CCA) and real copper (especially oxygen free copper, OFC). Notice the color difference, which shows that the CCA is mostly aluminum, which has about 60% the conductivity of copper. OFC costs more, but the difference between this and CCA is usually negligible compared to what stereo components cost. CCA generally works well and may be preferable for very long speaker wire configurations, but if you're using short speaker wire, get it right with pure copper.
