I like that it is free for small businesses (up until $100k in revenue).

It's easy enough so anyone can use this tool without much training or support from their team members as well! There are some minor glitches here an there but nothing major about them at all - just something you have learn how best work around those issues when they arise if needed/desired :) The ability to easily reach out via email makes things easier than other platforms where we had no access unless someone was available during business hours which wasn't always possible due time zones etc..
