It sounded like a cat's meow when I found it, because I didn't like the typical wedge-shaped foam pad, which also made me slide down and to the side. I ignored the negative reviews. What a pity! If you have a solid shield this might work for you; I don't, and the flex ("convertible") portion of the wedge slips off the headboard or crib (used in my tent and later RV). It may be comfortable but I still need extra neck support and I've been through 3 neck pillows without finding comfort. The smaller end makes a comfortable pillow, but I already have the larger one. I'm not sure I'm comfortable in any of the other heavily advertised positions. It looks like a different design, an overrated solution. Again, the rule probably applies that a disposable tool is best for the job. In this case, that means not eating large meals before bed. I wish you success!
