Review on Hella 998570001 60mm HB3 Low Beam SAE Headlamp: Efficient Lighting Solution for Enhanced Visibility by Joseph Campbell

I have one for the low beam on a motorcycle. The accommodation is not pretty but appears to be well built. The light output is EXCELLENT. It's very wide and bright. If you need more light just specify. There is a big "step" in the cutoff line and it's impossible to change it. But it's tuned for American roads, where there's more light on the right-hand side. The cropped edge has a lot of colors even with halogen so it looks fancy. For the same price you can get two upgraded Benz projectors or some Chinese copies, but they won't have a good weatherproof case like this Hella unit.
