Update: After Anker wrote this review, Anker contacted me and offered a refund or replacement 2 stars to 5 stars. Bought this item about a year ago. I was initially happy with this, but over time it developed problems: one end of USB-C won't charge no matter which half is "up". You then use this end on the wall adapter. Now with a different ending - the lock screen says 'super fast charging', but the phone isn't actually charging, and when you unlock the phone it behaves as if it's not charging. not connected at all. So I disconnect it from the phone side, rotate it 180° so the other side is 'up', it says 'charging 2 hours 30 minutes' for about 20 seconds, then it shows 'charging 4 hours' 40 minutes". .So this only works in 1 of 4 possible orientations. Incorrect/not working at all on one of the orientations. And doesn't work at all on the other two (on the same page), although they work from the wall adapter side. I resorted to a generic micro USB with a Samsung USB C adapter and it charges my phone in just over 2 hours. I have bought Anker many times and hope they can fix this problem. I have used the brush to clean all ports including my phone but micro usb with adapter has none of these issues at all.
