I've had three of these and two of them failed! They connect and load within a second and then stop. When this first happened, I thought it was so unlikely that a nearly new cable would fail that I blamed the adapter. However, it turned out to be a cable. Shortly thereafter, the second, also almost unused, failed in the same way. They look good and seem solid so the fact they don't last is a big disappointment.

I was able to use and measure this cable a little. Output power 28W. Very good. I've also seen a standard USB-C charging port that supports 5 volts 3 amps and runs about 4.6 volts 3 amps with this cable. I am very happy. I tested higher voltage. Shipped with: USB C car charger, Anker 49.5W PowerDrive Speed + 2 car adapters. Which is also very nice.

I'm updating this review from a previous very negative review. This cable is a standard USB C to C 2.0 cable. It is worth completing. I really appreciate the little Velcro that helps with cable management. I still think the connectors could be tighter in a regular USB-C port. I've become Anker's only person in the past few years! This cable is actually more durable than the USB-C cable that Apple ships with the iPad Pro. It's only day one, but it's charging 1% every 40 seconds, which takes about 33 minutes to go from 0 to 50% (and that's even with the 49.5W USB-C PD charger from anchor). I carry the cable in my backpack all the time and it has lasted over a year (still works). For the price you can't go wrong with this product. I personally had 0 problems.
