Product: Great! 101/10. The wheel is actually quiet, I used my own tools to install the bearings, not the tools provided. Although the tools provided are great for those who may not have such tools. I actually thought my hamster wouldn't use the wheel for days because I didn't hear anything. I usually wake up around 2-3am to my hamster on an old exercise bike. I returned the old wheel and woke up as usual, then replaced it with this Zacro hamster wheel and watched my hamster use it with no noise. MY GOD. Great product just because it's actually quiet! I have to repeat that over and over again. I tried 10 different wheels and so many online addons to try the silent wheel. Customer Service: Excellent, 10/10. The product itself actually looked partly used as others have mentioned in their review. The wheel itself looked brand new but the stand was muddy and scratched, presumably used. It didn't bother me too much but wanted a partial refund as this is a used product. I contacted customer service and they were able to give me a partial refund which worked for me.
