I did not receive a product ad!

Update: This is the THIRD TIME I've ordered this while expecting a product display (pen) and ended up getting something else! COLLECT YOUR ACTION! This isn't rocket science. First Review: Here's the thing. Still it's a good razor: I ordered a razor handle which came with 2 spare heads and all I got was a pack of 3 spare heads (this was after I accidentally bought 3 spare heads so I was very upset , when I was careful Order a real razor handle and end up with 3 more refills) So now I have 6 refills and zero real handles so they are useless. I just reordered and am hoping the pick/pack team gets the right item.
