Displays the product as stated in the description but the buttons do not work, even with the iPhone connected and the ihome app.

I'm disappointed in the product because the buttons don't even work with the iPhone connected and the ihome app. Also, there is no instruction manual included. Although this is a display product I don't understand why it can't have instructions and why the buttons don't work. In any case, it would be unfair to the seller (apparently an honest person) to give a bad mark.
