As you can see from the picture, there is no blue ink. I did an alignment test, ink test, etc. and even did some troubleshooting by cleaning the cartridge myself with alcohol. I also went in and changed the setting to black ink only, hoping I could print but didn't work. I contacted Revain or someone else about this and was told they could give me a $5 refund to 'ease the return shipping'. I decided not to deal with it. I only ordered here because I thought the delivery would be faster. Do not order this color! It's not worth your money. Order from Canon. It's the same price, they usually have free shipping, and you actually get all the colors.
