That's probably good for the right pet.
This seems like a great addition but my vet has advised me to stop giving it to my 10 year old cat. She said other minerals in this supplement can cause urinary tract obstruction, which is very serious in male cats. It has already been blocked twice (not related to this supplement) so she recommended us to stop this supplement. Although my cat really liked it. He willingly ate it every night I gave it to him. I ended up giving the unused portion to my mother, who has a Jack Russell who has always had skin problems. I hope this helps him!
