I was looking for something to save space in my laundry room and it was perfect. I liked that the kit included an installation template to mark the walls where to put the anchors. I see people complaining that it doesn't get stuck on the mop/broom but I've found that on mine I have to turn them upside down to get it to settle. Alternatively, when you play with it, it grabs and stays on the item. Installation was a little tricky as you need a long screwdriver or bit, but other than that it was pretty easy.
