I like that it's open source, which means you can use any tool to make your network work best for what is needed at this time (or even create new ones).
It also makes administration much easier when compared with other tools in its class - especially if there are multiple administrators using ZT1 instead of just one! Also having access from everywhere via VMs or containers has been very useful too as our team works remotely sometimes without physical presence near eachother making VPNs not really an option but now we have zero touch solutions available all over the place :) We're solving some problems where latency between different sites was causing issues so far no major downsides though except perhaps being more complex than necessary maybe because of how many features they offer out-of-the box? The main benefit here would be ease of setup & management plus easy integration into existing services / infrastructure such as AWS/Azure etc.
