18 October 2022 I made my purchase at the Samsung outlet at the Nevsky Center mall. Beginning on October 21, 2022, the phone would freeze while running applications, the lock screen would repeatedly turn on and off on its own, and it would become necessary to force a reboot using the "volume down" and "lock" keys because the phone would not restart itself when the reset button was pressed. The phone always warms up in the upper section of the casing when making a call, and there have previously been instances where, during a call, the caller could not possibly have heard me or us until the phone was restarted. Because of this, the SIM card is not the issue. This connection issue is not seen on other devices. As a result, I have to restart the phone at least three times a day in order to use it since he simply stops answering. Usage of the phone has been in compliance with its operational parameters. Also, on October 29, 2022, I have returned this phone to the shop for diagnostics. and on November 5, 2022, following inspection and returning the system to its default settings. The reason for returning the phone and declining to issue a refund was that after it had been reset, there had been no operational issues (even though the 15-day quality assurance period had not yet ended!). Indeed, there are hardly any issues with the operation of the phone when it is "empty," that is, when there are no programs put on it. But, the phone was not purchased with the intention of using solely the "call" and "sms" features and not having any applications installed. The phone frequently freezes, glitches, and is unable to even carry out its most basic tasks, like making calls, when only the most basic programs are installed. This device was given to the service for rechecking and was there for a month; the outcome was exactly the same. We unintentionally purchased the same phones within 3 days, in various locations throughout the nation, and the faults are exactly the same. I do not suggest purchasing at all!
