I am a very thin 5'7 " woman and I bought XL
These sweaters will shrink in the wash and run extremely small. I recommend that you measure your shoulder to wrist length and buy 1 size up from the chart to account for how small they are.I use it to take my cats on camping trips and it works great.My cat loves it.He gets so excited when he sees me take off my sweater I have a 3XL for my boyfriend and he is 6ft 180 which is a bit small now I am wearing his sweater.
