I don't know if I received a faulty product because I've read the reviews and it seems other people have at least gotten their products to work. I didn't need anything special. Just something simple and easy. Read the user manual three times. I couldn't get it to work at all. When the light stopped flashing I pushed the button and all I heard was a constant clicking sound like it was trying to work but not hovering. Then the light started blinking again. So I thought maybe it needs more heating. I kept trying and all I got was a clicking noise and no steam. Too bad I have to return it as I was really looking forward to it. Sad.
