BookThatApp is a great app for small business owners who want to manage their bookings and payments online.
It's such a simple idea! If only other apps would take inspiration from this idea. We're big fans of the concept behind BookThatApp and think it will become a go-to app for small businesses looking to manage reservations, bookkeeping, and so much more. It's extremely user friendly, yet packed full of powerful tools. They even included a basic analytics tool which gives us a lot of insight into how people are booking and interacting with the app. Great job, guys! I'm using it as an alternative way to do invoicing (rather than through Quickbooks) because they give you a link directly to your PayPal account once you've made your payment via Paypal Express Checkout. And if all else fails, there's always manual entry..
Pros
- There's a wealth of features at your fingertips, making it easy to figure out what works best for your business.
- It's a great choice if you need something that's quick, easy, and convenient.
Cons
- While they provide two price tiers, one is pretty low compared to others, while the other is fairly expensive.
- I found that the default security settings weren't great, meaning anyone could potentially gain access to my client portal and/or email
