Wire clamp nuts are missing. The plastic case is unthreaded and each side of the wire clamp has only one hole, so you'll need two extra nuts to secure the wire. In general, all parts work as expected. The pictures don't show the case properly assembled, but I assume anyone who builds a D-Sub themselves knows that the screws on the bezel come from the side of the cable. Longer thumbscrews for the plate screws would probably be a good idea.
