But all the coffee machines of this company turned out to be quite bulky. Delonghi first of all attracted compactness. Quite compact. Very well thought out ergonomics. Everything is in its place. I'll start from the beginning: 1) Packing - everything is at the highest level, a double box, documents and small spare parts in a separate beautiful box. 2) Assembly - everything is so perfect, even in small details. Here they wrote about cheap plastic - nonsense. The plastic is very thick, not scratchy. 3) The most important thing is coffee. We drink mainly latte (although the machine for this needs to be set up for the desired ratio of milk and coffee). In general, we now drink coffee only at home. Coffee in fast foods and cafes has become tasteless. Guests never drink less than three cups - even though we warn about a possible increase in pressure))) 4) Work - the coffee grinder is noisy, but not so loud. I would say the way it should make noise. The automation is very well tuned. She cleans and rinses herself. 5) Cappuccinatore - generally unkillable in my opinion. They wrote here that foam was obtained twice and that's it. It happened with us that they forgot to rinse the cappuccinatore, the milk froze, but it is enough to rinse with the means of the machine itself - and the foam is excellent again. And of course, he is also envious of milk. We buy the most common 2.5% milk. Although from another 2.5%, but from another manufacturer, foam did not work. And of course, the milk should be cold (the container is easily removed and conveniently stored in the refrigerator). 6) Service - the car is very unpretentious. Even the laziest person can take care of her. We've been using it for over 3 months now. Over 400 cups of coffee drunk. Everything works like clockwork. Never failed.
