I like that shopperkit can be used in conjunction with other systems such as ERP or CRM so you don't have duplicate data entry between different channels.
There is nothing i dislike about this system but maybe more integration would make sense when using multiple channel programs together? We use shoppeKIt primarily within our store operations department where we track inventory levels and order fulfillment status of products sold at each location. This allows us to better plan out stock needs across all locations which helps keep costs down while ensuring quality product availability throughout every outlet.
