I've bought two of these now, both are defective, the quick release tabs are not durable at all and come loose if you put pressure on your wrist. Bending your arm backwards while sitting on the ground, or using the brakes on a bike that's moving m/h. I also had that clearance swimming in a triathlon, luckily I felt it coming and was able to get my watch out of the shallow water, but if it happened in the middle of a race in deeper water I would have lost a $300 watch. DO NOT BUY THESE STRIPS
