Great display swap!

This is the second time I'm doing the install. The only place I have trouble is with the cable that connects to the home button. Keeping it to yourself is a real pain. The supplied adhesive is also first class and everything fits perfectly. I recommend using a heat gun instead of a blow dryer. Made a world of difference.
