The customer service team are great - always friendly & helpful when we need them most!! We've been using their services now since about 2013 or 2014 but it's still one year later than some other providers who seem more up-to date / modernised etc., which was disappointing as this has made our website look dated compared against others out there today such us Cloudways where everything looks very fresh looking even though its not quite 'new' technology yet either!
