A good product. Not very good customer service
The product works as advertised but needs some attention to get the right size. I had some difficulty following their written instructions as the soundbar would not properly connect to my TV and cable box. When I contacted their support team I was surprised by the help I received. The technician was rude, brusque and dismissive. In the end I figured it out myself. Based on this experience, I will no longer buy this company's products and will not recommend them to anyone.
