Warms face and head

I found it for my daughter who goes to kindergarten and takes her break at -10 degrees. She loves it. I like that it covers her neck and top. The only drawback are the side tie straps. I believe they should tighten around the face but ours didn't work. Still keeps her face and head warm. I would buy again.
