I was skeptical at first because there is no tape under the horse to hold it in place but it never stuck under the blanket. It twisted a bit at times but still covered the areas it was intended for and worked well overall! I didn't buy this until after my horse was already chafing so I'm not sure how effective it was. I think the scuffs got a little worse after I started using it, but nothing crazy.
