The product has met my expectations. It wasn't packed in a zippered bag as advertised, but the company sent a small bridge toy in addition to the swing, which wasn't expected. I started in another pen with mesh walls and my gerbils were able to climb right out. Then I bought the ones that are half solid and half mesh and my gerbils jumped halfway, grabbed the mesh and climbed out. So solid sides seem like the perfect solution... After about 10 minutes my gerbils were able to gnaw a hole in the corner and escape again. assuming I haven't checked them. I was hoping they could get some more practice, but I wouldn't have to sit with them all the time. Not this case.
