I ordered 4 face caps because I couldn't decide which one to buy. ONE)(B) Lanzom Kids Boy Girl Sun Hat UV Sun Hats Breathable Summer Play Hat (C) Kids Bucket Hat, Boys Girls Dust Cap, Outdoor Sun Hat – Yellow Lattice (D) Omore Hat with a Protective Face Mask, Rybak Outdoor Protective Hat for Adults Men Women Kids Boys Girls A and B are identical except A has white velcro and B has black velcro. Same price, same hat, same piece of plastic. EXCELLENT hat. Perfect for my little 4 year old. I would say that it is ideal for a child of 3-5 years. The sign is solid and will hold its shape. Falls a few inches below the chin and goes down the sides. Comes with 1 fold off the fold for transport, but will expand with some warmth. The only downside I could think of is that the velcro is very flimsy, so I'm wondering if the screen can fall off. If it is only used for face protection, you can permanently sew on the velcro. GREAT hat! It doesn't have a chin strap so if it's too big for your child or if they tend to take/lose their hats then it might not be for you. I would look for the one that has cheaper/better delivery times because there is no difference between A and BC, it's a much prettier hat, softer hood type. However, the plastic is SHORT, CHEAP and LOTS. Even before trying it on, you could tell that it just wouldn't serve its purpose. It wouldn't block the eyes much and my daughter wouldn't be able to see. But the hat with strong ties is very cute! D is probably best suited for 2-3 year olds who don't mind a rubber band under their chin. The hat is smaller than the other three and there is a THIN piece of elastic for the chin strap. It would be great to leave the hat on the kids if they can stand it! The front panel isn't as bulky, doesn't go down as far, and doesn't wrap around the sides as much as A and B.
