Review on Alla Lighting 2800Lm Illumination Replacement Motorcycle & Powersports : Parts by Robert Carlson

I really like the look of these lights, but they come at a price. Make no mistake, they're pretty bright for blue bulbs, but they're NOT as bright as regular white ones. They absolutely sacrifice a significant amount of light for aesthetic reasons alone. Haven't used them in fog yet, so I can't comment on how well they work in such conditions, but I can reasonably assume they don't work very well. As a test, I attempted to drive around an unlit part of town early in the morning on my way to work, using only these headlights and turning the headlights off. You could drive past them on your own if for some reason it was MANDATORY but not easy or safe. Can I take you from A to B in an emergency, yes. If you can see more than 20 or 30 feet in front of you, absolutely not. However, they are of good quality and fit my 2004 Ram perfectly. Now see how long before they stop me.
