I like how easy it was for me as well my team members, who are mainly non IT people! The dashboard allows us all to understand our current status of any department at once which helps with decision making process when we have meetings together regarding issues that arise within one area (e.g.

HR). Sometimes there were some glitches but they quickly got fixed by their support staff so no big deal here. We also love using this tool because now everyone has access from anywhere anytime even if you're out travelling/on holiday etc..
