No instructions so it took forever to realize I was trying to put it on the wrong way. As soon as I put it on and put it on, my rings became too tight. Now they squeeze my finger and make me blush causing pain. Eventually I took it off and bent it even more in the direction it should have been bigger. It was more comfortable that way for a while.
