So this is exactly what I expected from my little one and I was going to get another one for my oldest (12) as she loved the look of her sister. Just a few things to note is that this bed frame needs a good mattress to make it comfortable. It doesn't have curved wooden slates, so it's impractical if you don't have a box spring. We bought a memory foam mattress to pair with this frame but as our daughter is so small it fits her fine but our senior complained it was a little hard. It also has a low height. So if you're buying it for an older child or adult, consider installing stilts to raise it.
