Review on Retevis RT 388 Talkies: Rechargeable, Multi-Channel Communication Devices by David Romo

My daughter loved these headphones and they worked very well. She's only used them here and there for the past few months. Unfortunately, one of them no longer takes responsibility and she cannot use them. She is very disappointed. That would have been 5 stars except they weren't very durable at all. UPDATE: I went from a disappointed 2 star rating to a fully satisfied 5 star rating. After I left my first review, Retevis contacted me with some suggestions to see if I could get them working again. They were willing to send me a replacement if I couldn't get them to work. Although I'm usually very careful about everything, I completely forgot that every phone in this device had 4 AAA batteries. I took out the batteries and put them back in and the phone turned on immediately. My daughter will be very happy when she wakes up in the morning and her radios are working again. Thank you Retevis for great customer service!
