Step by step installation process

The whole project took about 3 days (18 hours) of work, look for videos on YouTube, be warned don't bother with it , it's a big project, but it costs. First, look for a video on how to remove the headliner, which is usually attached to the car's plastic trim and seal with screws in the visor and clips. Also if it's a large headliner as I drew 10 sections as I have a large SUV divide the sections by the number of fibers you have. I had 10 sections, 550 fiber optic cables so there were 55 cables per section, I also made 10 sections so I know the light is spread evenly, then mark your sections with a dot or an X to know where the holes need to be made, use a small drill (a drill is highly recommended as there are many holes to be made) or use it like this, drill all the holes then grab the fiber optic cables and start from back to front, insert the wires into the holes, make sure you have a good spot to place the light box in your fairing or if it fits. Thread excess Clarke's through the holes to prevent sagging and run up to the ceiling. Once all the wires are through start hot gluing (USE A LOW TEMP HOT GLUE GUN) or an epoxy like E6000 which you can find at your local store. Keep Walmart if you use the epoxy I recommend don't be stingy, make sure there is enough glue in each hole the cable goes through so it doesn't slip out and you don't have empty spots. Also look for epoxy, let it sit overnight to make a strong bond, hot glue is a quick way to attach wires but be careful as even low temp guns can melt wires with heat, some glues like super glue can also do wires break. to chemicals, so use E6000 Epoxy. Make sure you tape ALL the cables, go through it a few times, you'll find some you missed, I promise. Once everything is ready to be reinstalled, call a friend for help, you will need them, start operating the headliner. preferably through the trunk and secure it front to back, make sure your car's door seals are behind the headliner so you don't have a leak, make sure all the clips are back in place and check the lights. Start trimming any excess wiring flush with the headliner, using regular sized nail clippers or thin small scissors, then sit back and enjoy the light show (:
