Poor design, looks good but should work

How do people rate these 5 stars but still complain about the same issues as everyone else? I have the same problem as everyone else. It only has two rings of wire that give it rigidity that are just a few inches smaller, and there's literally nothing but fabric around the perimeter. What is the fabric supposed to hold? Good question because I don't know. Otherwise I'll have an extra star instead of one because I like the XJ logos.
