Review on Armen Living LCMBS013BAWR26 Counter Barstool by Clint Fick

The item arrived and I immediately started unpacking the parts to find that one of the legs was badly deformed. Luckily it was the end that got stuck in the seat and wasn't visible during assembly. You can see the deformation in the customer picture I uploaded. I went ahead and assembled it anyway, which was easy enough. The instructions that come with it are pretty much useless. The instructions say there are two different types of bolts and two different types of large washers, but in fact all bolts and large washers are identical. The kit includes a hex wrench needed to assemble everything. When I picked it up (it took maybe 5-10 minutes) it rocked. One of the legs (not including the defect pictured above) was uneven. Looks great from afar. I wasn't expecting anything amazing, but I was hoping for something solid and consistent at least. In the current form I have to be content with staggering. I would recommend finding another stool if you don't like the aesthetic of this one.
