Good. When I unpacked it it was vacuum sealed so I thought it would puff up but it didn't so the ratings of it being flat are correct so I'm deducting a star. I was REALLY upset that it was flat and willing to give that one star rating, but I slept with it last night and had the best night's sleep in a long time. No, I'm not pregnant, but my hips have hurt since I gave birth to my daughter (9 years old). back), so I have to sleep with a pillow between my legs. I keep turning over in my sleep because my body just hurts when I'm in position for more than 20 minutes. Last night I feel like I actually slept most of the night and only woke up briefly once. I really recommend this pillow
