Pretty expensive. The Velcro on the top of the seat ruined two of my jackets before I realized it. Thanks very much! The pillow isn't that bad. I bought it because my car has stiff racing suspension but I drive every day. Due to a recent concussion, I'm trying to calm down. It helped but didn't meet my expectations. Moving the pad forward improves its shock absorbing ability. If it's all the way back then it's too solid to really change anything. You end up only moving 2 or 3 inches toward the top of the car, where you'll be butting your head through expansion joints and major bumps. If you get the right position, everything will be fine. I wish there was a bit more tech here for what they charge. Also the bottom pillow has a big crease from my weight. I didn't think I was that heavy! :-/ It's not very comfortable in a luxury car, but my Audi has it anyway. Good thing the car is tinted lol.
