I bought these in size SMALL for my mother who is 4'11" now, and weights about 100 lbs. The length is perfect for her.all her other pj bottoms have gotten too long for her.as she has gotten older. She likes pockets in her pj bottoms, so the fact that these do have pockets made her happy. These do NOT have a drawstring in the waste band, but they seem to stay up just fine. I have washed these in warmish water and dried in the dryer and they did not shrink at all. Colors and designs were cute. I bought one pair of dark blue with the dandylion fluff on them, and a pair of dark blue with pink and blue flowers. They are both really cute in person. Mom says they are "darling".
