Good camera for the price

Day 1 review: Super cool features, constant recording. You can press the record button and record the previous and next 6 seconds for a 12 second clip of what just happened. It streamed wirelessly to my phone for easy sharing. The camera is very light and almost invisible behind the rearview mirror. I can rotate the camera in the mount and see most of the interior of my car except what's blocking the mirror. It could have been lower, but that's okay. I work for Lyft/Uber and used another camera that didn't work properly. This little thing has great features and doesn't require BT, just Wi-Fi. To avoid confusion between my phone/car/camera/radio. Anyway, I always unplug my phone from BT when I'm walking with people. Time will tell about the reliability of the camera. Also in the afternoon I'll find out if the heat and/or direct sunlight is heating it up enough to shut it down. Image quality isn't bad, framerate is a little noticeable, but that was only in motion when viewing on mobile. Chances are, pull the car out and watch some recent video and you'll see things run much smoother. Charging cable issue - This camera uses a mini USB connector which you would use for a Galaxy phone. Much better than the other generic connector types found on many small devices/cameras. Fits securely and I've never had a problem with mini USB ports. The 12 second video is not actually sent to your phone. Well it is but you can share the link pointing to your video on the Goluk website. To get real video you need to pull out the card. I have a 64GB card and have been using it at the highest resolution for a while and it's not even half full. That means what your camera saw weeks ago is still on the map if you don't drive as much or have storage space.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • So far so good
