NO SCAM! There is a water sticker in the product description. These are not stickers with a sticky backing that can be peeled off the paper. You have to get wet to use them. It would be nice if they came with instructions but they don't so I'll add some here. I recommend trying a design that you don't like the first time, but it's not overly complicated. First cut out the sticker you want to use. Second, remove the transparent cover (see picture). Third, place the sticker in a shallow bowl of water (see picture). I used a small plastic plate. Fourth, carefully remove the sticker from the back of the paper (see image). Fifth, use tweezers to take the edge of the sticker and place it on your nail. They're really cute and you get a lot of stickers for the price. Put some top coat on the decal to protect it. I find them easier to work with than sticky backed stickers because they are so thick that they don't blend well with the nail even with a top coat. The water decals are very thin and will look seamless with your polish. Finally, the Thanksgiving water decals I received had different sized designs. Even if you have small nails or you have a small person who wants trendy nails, there should be a design that fits. Smaller decals are more difficult to work with, so be sure to have needle-tipped tweezers handy.
