Received this item and found the seal was broken. Notified Revain who gave me a refund without hesitation. Was very disappointed with the "Beauty Deals" supplier who assured me the item was genuine and that this was because the seal could come in contact with the serum which could cause it not to stick properly . I beg to differ. I have used the product and found that it is very different from what I have previously purchased. The serum turned out to be watery and I had to apply it to my hair at least 3 times. Of what I've previously bought from other vendors, I only need a quarter size in the palm of my hand and then I have to rinse it off. It looks like this serum has been diluted in some way, so make sure the seal is intact. I was disappointed with the supplier's response and will not be buying from "Beauty Deals" again.
