My feet are very narrow and sensitive to pain. I can't find sandals that don't adjust and fall off the foot. You really stay! I'm a size 10, I bought a 10 and it fits as expected. I immediately ordered a second pair. One thing I do want to mention is that the arch support is HUGE; a bit like walking on a lump. I can see this bothers some people as it takes some getting used to every time I put them on, but after a few steps it's fine. The rubber is soft and they are very comfortable (for me). All people are different. but if you have narrow feet, try them out.
