Review on Nelson-Rigg SE-3040 40L Gear Hurricane Waterproof Backpack/Tail Pack by Marcus Akram

So far this is a really good package. It's hard to tell from the pictures, but imagine a big, big rubber sack that opens at the top. After putting things in, pinch the top two flaps together, fold the flaps, and roll the flaps down three times. Then you put on a strap so it doesn't come loose. This makes the seal truly airtight. The straps are very adjustable and it has two straps that go through the front (one across the chest and one through the waist) to keep it in place and make it comfortable. There is an inner pocket which is more than enough for my tablet. I believe it will fit a laptop. Haven't tried it as a backpack on my motorcycle yet but I think it will work well enough. All in all a well designed, highly functional, truly waterproof backpack.
