Review on Nissan Timing Holding Tool by Alltrade 648832: Efficient and Reliable Timing Control! by Eduardo Reyes

I couldn't find a KA timing chain tool. So I bought this L and Z series tool. I was pleasantly surprised that it fits perfectly with the KA24DE engine. I would not recommend using L or Z as they are very short and may not reach the tensioner. I've rebuilt some L and Z series and always used the longer tool since the tensioner is right above the crank. But it might work, I just run out of L/Z motors. The KA has the tensioner at the top of the lower timing case for a perfect fit. I used it for a month while rebuilding the head and doing other Altima maintenance.
